Volunteer and Sexual Abuse Policies

McNeese Kids will use our network to bring together volunteers for partner organizations.  Volunteers will become a volunteer for that partner organization and not a direct representative of McNeese Kids.  Any and all screening and background checks needed to participate in a partner event will be required and provided by our partner organization. 

Volunteers directly working on a McNeese Kids event must disclose any convictions or indiscretions that may be relevant when working with children. McNeese Kids only accepts volunteers without any convictions or indiscretions.

Any claims of abuse or misconduct should be immediately brought to the attention of the Board by contacting our Volunteer Coordinator: Kim McNeese using the button below or Founder Jim McNeese at jmcneese@mcneesekids.org.

All volunteers directly participating in a McNeese Kids event shall be subject to our Youth Protection Guidelines.
